• To provide training, resources and support for every pastor and layperson.
• To facilitate the building of strong, healthy, congregations that will replicate themselves.
• To connect with and encourage laypersons to discover, develop, and implement their God given gifts and talents in Kingdom building endeavors.
• To establish communities of grace that reflects shared values, provide a healing environment, and are places of safety and empowerment.

Our focus: 

To train and resource emerging leaders and churches to challenge a hostile culture with the claims of the Gospel through:

• Mentoring – pouring in to a person foundational truths and practices.
• Coaching – pulling out of a person latent gifts and abilities not yet discovered.
• Consulting – helping those poised on the edge to step up to the next level of achievement.
